Please allow up to 1-3 business days for a response.

We are not able to assist with order related questions on social media. 

We are able to respond to every email, but please be patient and allow time for a thorough response. We respond to all emails in order of when they were sent. Sending multiple emails will not increase the speed of a response.

Yes, for the most part! Our boxes, tape, and fruit protector “pillows” are all plastic-free and compostable. 

Our farm is not currently open to the public. It will not be available for visits or pickups for the foreseeable future.

We hope to be at local markets again in the future, but we do not have any dates set yet!

For now, the best thing to do is to order from our website and have the fruit delivered to your door.

We also offer a Variety Box product with free shipping for FL residents if you are local! 
We recently launched local delivery Monday through Thursday for local Florida residents! If you’re within range, you can find this option at checkout from 12 pm to 5 pm Monday through Thursday.

For health, safety, and logistical reasons, we do not accept returns.

If you live in Canada, yes, we can!


If you live in any other country, we can only send Dried Goods overseas.

Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only ship to physical mailing addresses. Please provide a physical mailing address in the checkout’s “Shipping Address” section. 

We can ship to Canada as long as you accept the risk of shipping to your location. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your specific location.

We are doing our best to offer fresh fruit to Canada, and at this point, anytime a customer places an order with us to Canada, we ask them to accept the risk of shipping to their location before we proceed with shipping. This is because of the distance from our farm and the risk of potential loss, confiscation, or extended time in transit due to needing to get through customs. These factors make it possible for the fruit to be held in transit for a more extended period than expected and for your order to arrive in less-than-ideal condition.

We do not expect that there should be any problems, but we do ask you to accept the risk just in case. If your order were to arrive damaged or not in good condition, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or replacement in that situation.

If you place an order, you can note in the box at checkout labeled “special instructions for seller”: “Accepts risk to Canada”. That way, our shipping team will know how to proceed! Otherwise, we will likely email you, double-checking that you accept the risk, and await your response before proceeding. 

Unfortunately, due to the fact that we are relying on nature and ultimately the tree’s ability to produce fruit, so we are not able to determine an exact estimate on when fruit that is on pre-order will ship. If the fruit you have ordered is in season, you can expect to receive it within 1-2 weeks after placing your order, or sooner! If you are concerned that you may not be in town during the delivery of your order, please reach out to us via email at support@monsteradeliciosafruit.store with your travel dates and we can update your order notes! You will receive two emails regarding your order’s shipment, one letting you know that the shipping label has been printed and a second letting you know the order has shipped.

If you are located in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) you can get free shipping at checkout when placing a one-time order using the code FREESHIP2024 at checkout. Overall, it is important to know that we do fulfill all orders on a first come first serve basis. Ordering on the earlier side is always better!

Whenever you place an order for an in season fruit, we ask that you allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to ship, as our harvest varies greatly from week to week and we fulfill all orders on a first come, first serve basis.

We ship fresh fruit out on Monday- Thursday, so when your order is received is dependent on that as well. 

Anytime you need an order to ship on a specific date, we suggest placing your order at least 3 weeks ahead of time and leaving a note on your order in the “Add a note for the seller” section at checkout with the date you would like it to ship and we will try our best to accommodate based on what we have available, and your place in line. For example:

 ” this order is for a party on May 19th- please send this box on Monday, May 17th! Thank you” 

You will always receive an email when a shipping label has been printed by our shipping team in preparation for your order to ship, and you can know that your order is in transit when you see actual movement on the tracking information.

If you update your shipping address on your Monstera Deliciosa Fruit Store account via our website, this will not update your shipping address on pre-existing unshipped orders. For Subscriptions, shipping address updates also need to be made by our Customer Support Team. Please contact us via email at support@monsteradeliciosafruit.store to update your shipping address on a pre-existing order or existing Subscription.

When the scales start peeling, it’s a telltale sign that the fruit is ripe and ready to be eaten. MAKE SURE TO ONLY EAT WHEN RIPE.

As soon as your box arrives, bring it inside right away and be sure to remove all of the contents. Also, don’t forget to give all of your fruit a good wash! 

If you have an outstanding unshipped order with us and are traveling, we ask that you reach out to us prior to your order being shipped or fulfilled in our system. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at support@monsteradeliciosafruit.store and provide the dates you will be traveling and they will notate your order to ensure our team holds off on shipment during your dates of travel.

No. Please thoroughly read our refund policy before ordering.

Our farm is currently not open to the public, but we do offer a Florida Residents Club Box that includes free shipping here.

Our current transportation system allows us to ship Monday-Thursday.

Overnight Shipping does not mean that your order will ship the day after your order is placed.

Overnight shipping means that your order will ship using Next Day Air Shipping (One Day Shipping) once your order does ship out! 

You will receive an email with tracking information, and you will see movement on your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

For our tropical fruits, many of our farms are less than 5 acres small, and for them, paying for organic certification is not feasible. That being said, much of our fruit is actually Certified USDA Organic, and the fruits that aren’t certified are unsprayed and pesticide free. We partner with all our farms and we ensure that the practices they use are safe and sustainable. We harvest all of these fruits ourselves and we ensure that they are not sprayed with pesticides. 

The exception to this are the few fruits that we don’t actually grow here in the Miami area, and we must get imported from other countries. Those fruits are Rambutan, Mangosteen, Durian, and Yellow Dragonfruit. We simply don’t know the farming practices used because we’ve never been to the farms in other countries. That being said, those fruits have thick shells and are never sprayed with chemicals harmful to humans.

When placing a pre-order, this means the fruit you have ordered is not currently in season, or is extremely limited in season.

Your pre-order holds your place in line on our wait list for each fruit. When your fruits come into season and are ready to harvest from the trees, you will receive your order as soon as possible.

Those who purchase these fruits when they are in season will get placed at the bottom of the wait list and possibly may not even receive their fruit until the next season, depending on demand, length of seasonality, and harvest size.

You would receive an email with tracking information, and you would see movement on your tracking information as soon as your order shipped out.

If your package was damaged by the Postal Service, or somehow delayed, we will deal with that problem on an individual basis. We DO NOT Guarantee that we will be able to reimburse or refund you, but we will do our best to remedy the situation. 
If any of your fruit arrived late or damaged, PLEASE take clear well lit photos of the fruit and send it to support@monsteradeliciosafruit.store the same day you receive your box. From there we can evaluate the damages and work towards a solution.

We ship when the fruit is ready to harvest! The current transportation system allows us to ship Monday through Thursday depending on the product and seasonal availability.

In general, if the fruit box you ordered is in season we ask that you allow up to 1-2 weeks for your box to ship. As soon as your order ships out you will receive an email with tracking information. Depending on where you live and what you ordered, boxes usually arrive 1-3 days after they are sent.


Please be aware that we can only harvest fruit that is fully developed and ready to pick which means we send everything that is available each week. If you order something that is in season, but limited availability and high demand, be prepared to wait a few weeks after ordering before receiving your box.


You can also pre-order a box of the specific fruit you’d like and we will ship your box as soon as it becomes available/ready to harvest. We fulfill all orders and pre orders in numerical order. First come first serve.

We specialize in growing, sourcing, and shipping this rare fruit that is not easy to find. The Monstera is grown on a very small scale and harvested by us. Land, labor, and shipping materials are considered when creating our prices. We also source some, which have added shipping fees, broker fees, and taxes. Our profits are used to reinvest into our farm so that we can grow more of this epic fruit!

Although our online community is big, this is a very small business with a limited amount of land and resources. We are not growing mono-crops on thousands of acres of cheap land. We have a small 7-acre farm in South Florida where we grow as much fruit as possible, but we have a small supply of certain popular fruits compared to their demand.

We LOVE Fruit and eat so much of it that we have to set the standard for the highest quality.
South Florida and its farmers grow the highest-quality tropical fruits in the United States. We can ship fresh fruit from South Florida to most places in North America and Canada.
